A driving force behind the club’s growth both on and off the track, Jen oversees the commercial development of the Leicester Lions, working closely with sponsors and partners to strengthen the club’s long-term future. As team manager of the Lion Cubs, Jen is instrumental in developing emerging talent and creating a clear pathway for riders progressing through the ranks. Her leadership has helped foster a competitive, supportive environment where young riders can gain valuable experience and confidence.
