LEICESTER Lion Cubs head into a hectic programme of away matches when they visit WSRA NDL leaders Edinburgh on Friday.
The meeting at Armadale gets underway at the earlier time of 7pm as it is the first half of a double header which also sees the Monarchs Academy take on Buxton.
Unfortunately the Lion Cubs are unable to track a full strength side due to the insertion of the Scunthorpe v Glasgow play-off in the Championship which takes priority for Freddy Hodder and Ryan Ingram.
The Lion Cubs were bring in Buxton’s Alfie Bowtell to guest for Hodder at No.1, but he has now been ruled out of the meeting for personal reasons, and Jack Roberts will now stand in. They will operate rider replacement for Ingram, who is now second in the averages so all members of the team are entitled to a ride.
At reserve Seth Norman has been declared fit to ride after aggravating his back injury when racing in an unofficial meeting at Kent last weekend.
Edinburgh, who have a 100 per cent record this season with six wins out of six, make one change to their regular line-up, bringing in Ashton Vale to guest for James Shanes who is withholding services.
