LEICESTER have pulled off one of the most sensational signings in recent history.
Polish superstar Pawel Przedpelski has agreed a deal to come to Beaumont Park and see out the season with the Lions.
Ambitious club bosses pulled off the move over the weekend and the Torun racer is in line for a home debut on Monday July 17.
He replaces Jason Garrity.
Said Przedpelski: "Coming to British speedway gives me more experience and one of the main reasons I wanted to come over was because
Greg Hancock, Darcy Ward and Chris Holder - all champion racers - have all told me how important England was in helping them step up."
The team change is subject to approval from the British Speedway Promoters' Association.
