KEAN Dicken is the final name on Leicester’s National League rosta for the new season.
The former Birmingham and Belle Vue youngster makes a welcome return to league racing after taking a year out of the sport last season.
Hull-born Dicken has thanked Leicester for handing him the opportunity to get his career back on track.
He said: “I’m very excited to be joining a great bunch of lads and getting my head down this season.
“I’m also looking forward to being back in the National League after a year out and putting some points on the board and moving forward with myself and my riding.
“Leicester is a good club and I’m delighted to be joining them and I thank them for handing me this opportunity.
“I’m determined to learn from past experience and get as many points on the board as possible.”
The Roger Webster Lion Cubs will defend their National League title this year alongside the Watling JCB Lions senior side in the Championship.
