LEICESTER skipper Kyle Howarth has fired a defiant message to the Championship big guns – ‘We don’t fear anyone’.
Poole have announced Richard Lawson to go alongside Steve Worrall and Danny King in their powerhouse top three and Glasgow are also strongly fancied.
But Howarth believes the Watling JCB Lions are looking good themselves and have strength in every department.
He said: “I have to say that both Poole and Glasgow look strong teams but we know nothing is won at the start of the season and plenty of things can happen over the next few months.
“Having top heat leaders worked for Poole last time and they look strong again and Glasgow are always there or thereabouts each season.
"I think both of their top three will have to perform every match but that’s like any other top three having the pressure of scoring points. I think we face Poole at home early in the season so it will be a big test for us but I can guarantee Stewart (Dickson) will have us fired up and ready. We don’t fear anybody in this league.”
