LEICESTER'S Max Perry has received a call-up to the National Development League Riders' Championship at Workington on Sunday.
Perry gets his chance because Lion Cubs No.1 Dan Thompson is still on the sidelines with his shoulder injury.
It means the Cubs will be represented at Northside by Perry and captain Joe Thompson.
With Dan also ruled out of Saturday's NDL clash with Oxford at the Pidcock Motorcycles Arena, Beaumont Park (7pm), Edinburgh's Max Clegg will step in as a guest.
