SATURDAY’S scheduled NDL Grand Final 1st leg match between Oxford Chargers and Leicester Lion Cubs at Cowley Stadium has been postponed.
Despite the best efforts of the Oxford track staff an inspection of the track concluded the racing surface would be too grippy in the event of racing taking place.
A new date will follow in due course.
Sunday’s clash at Leicester’s Pidcock Motorcycles Arena will now become the first leg of the Grand Final and will get underway at 3pm. It will be immediately followed by the NDL KO Cup final 2nd leg against Mildenhall Fen Tigers.
