Important fact is my tuner has base in UK and racing in British league will help me to visit him more than normal. I would like to say all the best for Lions fans, hope we will make good show at your stadium and you will support us. Also I hope Polish people who live around Leicester area will come for stadium. Not far is Peterborough so hope few people who remember me from 2011 will come few times also. In this place want to thanks also to all my sponsors, fans in UK, Peter and Karen Fox - my British family which always support me and my manager.”

Gomolski was given his first opportunity in British Speedway by Peterborough six years ago and afterwards had a spell with Swindon before Poole snapped him up where he scored over 200 points for the title winning side.

“We are really looking forward to working with Kacper and welcome him as part of the new team for this coming season” said the Lions Promoter Dave Darcy.
