DRY and mild weather in February has enabled track work at the Paul Chapman & Sons Arena to progress well in the build-up to the new season.
The club have taken delivery of new equipment, previously used at Swindon, and the results can already seen.
Regular Lions track curators Stewart Dickson and Andy Hill and their team have been joined by Sheffield's Graham Trollope with work over this weekend seeing the track undergo something of a transformation.
There is also extensive work taking place on the centre green, including the installation of new drainage systems.
